No matter what the application, our experts can find the most cost effective process for manufacturing your part. Our rotary presses accommodate up to 18” wide material. We also have flat-bed presses for larger parts.

Manufacturing Capabilities

  • Die-cutting

    Rotary and Flat Bed Stamping; Custom cut shapes to your specified tolerances using multiple technologies.

  • Kiss-cutting

     For easy part removal and assembly.

  • Slitting

    Precision lathe, traverse wound and rewind slitting available for films, tapes, papers and foils; wide or narrow widths down to 0.100” wide.

  • Laminating

     Lamination equipment applies adhesive films onto a wide variety of substrates; pressure and heat lamination available.

  • Sheeting

    Converting rolls of film, foil, papers or other materials into individual sheets quickly and economically.

  • CNC Shear Cutting

    Computer-controlled shears rapidly cut stacks of materials into rectangular shapes.

  • Island Placement

    Place (register) one die-cut part or adhesive pad relative to another in-line.  

  • Turn-Key automated Assembly Solutions for Die-cut parts

    Automated assembly insures proper placement, less defects, and faster run rates.

  • Rapid Prototyping

    Both CNC Laser and Plotter-Cutting available within 48 hours after receipt of materials.  Advantageous for part qualification prior to building expensive tooling.

  • Printing

    Two-Color printing available in-line during rotary die cutting.

  • Zoned-adhesive Lamination

    During rotary operations, apply adhesives only in the areas needed – no exposed adhesives.
