Rhodia 2 component systems feature easy processing, excellent deep section cure and tear resistance with no cure inhibition. The advantages of Rhodia addition cure systems include high tear strength with easy mold release and improved resistance to cure inhibition, excellent dimensional stability and deflection resistance, close tolerance and low shrinkage, and both high and low durometer. Rhodia VSI condensation cure systems offer high tear strength, excellent dimensional stability and deflection resistance, no cure inhibition with next day demolding, high elongation and flexibility. Other benefits include fast cure and simple tooling, high heat resistance, and both high and low durometer products. These products are ideal for production and prototype molds, embossing or specialty rolls, print pads, intricate design molds and silicone parts. In addition Rhodia Silicones VSI has the flexibility to provide you with technical support for unusual or difficult molding operations.
